The Sid-P forklift truck shares many of the advantages of the other Cesab models, such as the Hydrostatic transmission and the full power steering. Once again visibility all round is excellent and the elevated forklift truck operator position allows him to see exactly where he is placing the fork tips. With the Sid/P, Cesab covers the market for IC lift trucks with capacities of 6.000, 7.000 and 8.000 Kg.
Its key features are its hydrostatic transmission and the robustness of its components, including a rigid mast, front and rear axles that can cope with the roughest terrain and powerful, reliable engine.
The sturdy Sid/P finds ready application in any sector thanks to the excellent driveability ensured by the flexibility of the hydrostatic transmission.
The rear axle is the oscillating type and affords a wide steering angle. These characteristics enable the truck to operate over the roughest terrain with excellent maneuverability. 
The engine, a turbo charged diesel with water cooling system, ensures high performance combined with low running costs.
The sturdy mast and the possibility to fit twin wheels to the front axle (standard on the 7.0 and 8.0 tonne capacity versions) allow handling of the wide and off-center loads in conditions of excellent stability.
