This is the smallest of the engine powered Cesab forklift trucks. The lowest capacity forklift here is 1500 Kg rising to the largest forklift in the range at 2000 Kg. As with all of the forklift trucks that we sell there is a great many options available. Firstly of course there is a Diesel powered forklift and a L.P. Gas powered forklift, and both of these engines drive a hydrostatic transmission with a standard forward and reverse lever mounted on the steering column. The hydrostatic transmission in a forklift truck gives the operator significant advantages in the controllability, particularly when working on a forklift container ramp, here the fact that the truck resists rolling back is great when putting in the last pallets of goods. Another huge advantage the hydrostatic transmission forklift truck has is that when the operator takes his foot off of the accelerator pedal the forklift truck comes to a stand still, this aids the safe driving of the forklift truck.
You will also find on this range as with the other forklift trucks from Cesab you have a wide choice in the heights and designs of lifting masts. There are not many forklift trucks on the market today that have Three stage masts with four lift rams, giving the forklift truck operator exceptionally good forward visibility.

This Cesab IC range comprises models with capacity from 1.5 to 2.0 tonnes powered by diesel or LPG engines. With its low center of gravity, the very stable design utilises two independent high power front wheel hydraulic motors driven by an hydrostatic pump coupled to the engine. This design gives markedly higher acceleration and braking performance characteristics, yet delivers lower levels of fuel consumption.
On this range of trucks, the operators comfort is outstanding, with easy cab access thanks to the open middle step and the ample leg-room and the cabin full suspended on silent block, vibration damping rubber mounts connected to chassis.
